Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation of a Sun Palm Savannah booking Agreement becomes necessary by the Guest and the Parties are unable to agree on a future rental Agreement, Guest understands and agrees to the following applicable Cancellation Policy:

The following Cancellation Policy applies to guests booking their stay through Airbnb or directly with Sun Palm Savannah through sunpalmsavannah.com, telephone contact, electronic mail contact, or any other messaging application:

• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to Check-in Date:
  • 100% of all fees and deposits paid are refundable.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to Check-in Date:
  • No refund (0%) of nightly rate fees (inc. taxes) will be given. *
  • 100% of cleaning, pool heat, and late check-out fees are refundable.

The following Cancellation Policy applies to guests booking their stay through VRBO, or any other Expedia Group subsidiaries, and Trip Advisor, or any of its subsidiaries:

• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to Check-in Date:
  • 100% of all fees and deposits paid are refundable.
• Cancellations 15 days to 29 days prior to Check-in Date:
  • 50% of nightly rate fees (inc. taxes) paid are refundable. *
  • 100% of cleaning, pool heat, late check-out fees paid are refundable.
• Cancellations 14 days or less prior to Check-in Date:
  • No refund (0%) of nightly rate fees (inc. taxes) will be given. *
  • 100% of cleaning, pool heat, late check-out fees paid are refundable.

*Forfeited nightly rental fees (inc. taxes) are non-refundable and may only be applied toward a future stay at the prevailing rate(s) of the new rental Term. A new booking and Agreement for a future stay must be completed directly with Lessor within 10 days of cancellation.
