Family getaway

My husband and I brought our daughter, son-in-law , their toddler and baby to Florida and stayed at the Sun Palm Savannah. We had a wonderful vacation! The villa was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed; even crib, highchair, stroller and bath toys for the children. I had endless questions before our vacation and Brett always replied promptly. Shops and theme parks are only a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend

We stayed for 14 days this September. Villa location is great for Disney and much closer to the action for Orlando too. Villa was spacious and great pool. No issues at all with clear and prompt communications from Brett. Very clean and eveything was as promised.. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Villa - can't wait to return

This was our first villa stay in the US and absolutely did not disappoint! The rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, all the amenities you could ask for. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the presentation of this property with little 'nods' to the theme parks without being over the top. Brett was a fantastic host, and was very reassuring. It really was a home away from home and can't wait to return the next time we visit Florida.

Great Family Vacation

Sun Palm Savannah was a perfect location for my family. Centrally located to Walt Disney World theme parks and Walmart is also nearby. We enjoyed the amenities and the private pool. Located in a gated community the home is comfortable and cozy., perfect for families. Brett was a great host and easily accessible when needed. There are many small details in the home that bring a special Disney touch and a notebook with detailed instructions and important information for guests. We truly enjoyed our home away from home and can’t wait to return soon!

Amazing Villa and Stay … Again!!!

After a fantastic stay at this villa in June 2023, we booked for June 2024 (as we were leaving) and once again it did not disappoint!! The villa itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for your stay and more! The pool is stunning and the gated community itself is extremely well kept and very quiet. Location wise it could not be better as you are on the doorstep of Disney, fantastic shopping plus all of the other .parks, along with some great restaurants, and a huge Walmart down the road. Brett once again was perfect to deal with, was super responsive and always available to answer any questions. We can’t fault this villa, and have already booked again for 2025!!

My husband and I brought my daughter and 2 grandkids to this home. It was absolutely fantastic. Brett was by far the most responsive and caring host we have had in all of the homes we rented over the years.. The community was safe and high end. The house had everything we could ask for - the pool and spa were amazing. The location was great. Brett ensured that everything was taken care of. We would recommend that this is the house to rent if you have a family going to Kissimmee!

Home from home - highly recommended!

Another great stay in this well equipped, very comfortable and stylish property. In a prime location for access to the parks, shops, restaurants and outlets. Great pool area and super comfortable beds. Brett is a super responsive host, which is something I personally value very much and is the reason I prefer to rent from owners as opposed to going via an agency. Thanks again Brett and we’ll definitely be back.

Highly Recommend!

We’ve been to Florida a number of times and this house tops the list! First off, what drew me to book this place was the initial contact with the homeowner, I look for an owner that is swift to reply to my questions because I know I will also get swift responses should a need arise at the house, Brett was that; quick to respond. The house itself is well maintained and in wonderful condition! The decor is beautiful and stress free! Some homes are very loud in their decor, not this one! It sets a pleasant tone for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy! Games room was nice and the kitchen was nicely stocked with a good selection of utensils and cookware. I loved the fact that the pool safety fence had a gate in it, something I hadn’t seen before, so it was super handy especially as family with some younger children! If we find ourselves travelling to Florida again, I will definitely check availability here!3/3/2024 at 2:07 AM

Sun Palm property

The sun palm property was fantastic. Great location to Disney parks and shopping +1.5 hours to the beach if you wanted. The house and overall complex was very clean and communicating with Brett was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
